The fact that it was written by one of the members of this WG, and the fact that there are several supporters for its adoption tend to indicate that some people here find more value in this document than on random links found on Google. And don't please forget that the links I sent you recommending to solve issues the absolute worst way were the first ones reported by Google. Willy
