You may have had some of what I proposed earlier, and you may have
eliminated it because you focused entirely on compression ratio.

What I'm suggesting is focusing on making it possible to implement
HTTP/2.0 at relevant wire speeds on contemporary hardware, even at
the cost of some compression.
