OK but then what solution do we offer to end-users to fix the mess
the DNS will announce to their browsers ?

I'm quite certain many of us won't find it fun to have to wait for a
(say) 10 seconds timeout for each site we try to visit just because
what is advertised via the DNS is blocked at our location.
