I think this is the best document among the 4 I've reviewed. So 1 editorial comment:

In Section 3.5:

The field-names given are not limited to the set of standard header
   fields defined by this specification.  Field names are case-
   insensitive.

Similar text describing list of header fields in Cache-Control is missing (at least in 2 places).
