FWIW the ICANN IDN Wiki has a link to an add-on allegedly supporting IDN also for IE6. I didn't test how good this works (or if at all, but I've no reason to doubt that it does "something"): http://idn.icann.org/IDN-aware_software#Internet_Explorer Frank -- Unwilling to decide 2616bis issues based on IE6 oddities.
