I just did.

I only have two UAs that use the Link header (FF and Opera), and neither 
of them seems to understand any encoding here:

- when the title parameter is encoded RFC2231-style, the Link doesn't 
show up,

- when it is encoded RCF2047-style, it does show up but it isn't getting 
decoded.
