Let's add RFC&rfc.number; in the "reference" column of all rows,
with an editorial note somewhere stating that RFC&rfc.number;
has to be fixed on publication - automatically, but after IANA
created the registry; some readers might not know how it works.

IMHO obvious, getting deployment would require a miracle, but
it happens.
