FYI: draft-nottingham-hdrreg-http-01

The second revision of the intial entries for HTTP in the Message 
Header Registries [1] are now available as an Internet-Draft [2]. 
Please have a look over them to assure their correctness and 
completeness.

Note that entries haven't been included for I-Ds on the standards 
track; as they are published, they'll need to include registration 
templates for any new headers.
