I think we've exhausted the value of discussion of ITAR regulations in
HTTP-WG, and I'd like to ask folks to stop, or at least to no longer
crosspost the discussion to http-wg. (If you really think HTTP-WG
needs to discuss this further before processing the digest
authentication draft, please contact me privately.)
