Re: Comments on Byte range draft

If we introduce an Unless-modified-since header, it may be necessary,
in the interest of completeness, to state what happens if both
Unless-modified-since and If-modified-since headers are present in a
request.  Also is Unless-modified-since honored in the absence of
Byte-range?
