On a related topic: Could we possibly merge the content negotiation mechanisms of the Internet Fax group (using CONNEG syntax) by registering a media feature for 'codec'; that would allow IFAX-style negotiation using CONNEG feature expressions to talk about WAV formats along with codec names. Larry
