This means you could have a baseline /.../B/C/... rooted at /.../B/C
Possible subbaselines could be:  /.../B/C/A/... rooted at /.../B/C/A
or /.../B/... rooted at /.../B
or even /.../D/E/... rooted at /.../D/E

right?
