draft-ietf-deltav-versioning-11 now available

I've finished two proofreading passes over the latest working draft,
and decided that it is clean enough to post as an internet draft.
It's up on the web site now:

and should be available in plain text form at the ietf web site shortly.

The main difference between this draft and the preceding working draft
(other than the typos I found during the proofreading passes) is the
replacement of the mutable-version option with the variant option, so
that more people that can review that section (section 14), the better.

In particular, I'd like to start the two week working group last call
on 1/12/01 (this Friday), so if you'd like to get changes in before last
call, now's the time!
