A PROPOSAL

I am ABDULGANI FASAL, the first son of CHIEF IBRAHIM FASAL, the most popular black farmer in Zimbabwe who was murdered in the land dispute by agents of Government in my Country.

Before the death of my father, we travelled to Spain to deposit the sum of 25 Million United States Dollars in one of the private Security Company in Madrid as he foresaw the looming danger in Zimbabwe.

This land problem came when Zimbabwean President, Mr Robert Mugabe introduced the Land Reform Act which affects big time white farmers and few wealthy black farmers. The resistance to this obnotious Act resulted into large scale mob killing by the agents of Government who called themselves war veterans and my father is a victim.

It is agaist this background that I and my family fled Zimbabwe for fear of our lives and are currently seeking asylum in Madrid, Spain and moreso, to transfer my father's money to a more reliable Country outside Spain since Spanish law prohibits asylum seekers from engaging in financial transaction. As the eldest son of my late father I am saddled with the resposibility of seeking a genuine foreign partner in whose account this money will be transfered without the knowledge of my home Government who are bent on seizing what does not belong to her.
