FROM THE DESK OF:

SEYDOU DIARRA ESQ.

Dear Friend,

I have now discovered that the primary motive of all leaders in African Countries is to drain the country's purse and leave the Economy in abject penury.

You must have been aware of the crises in Ivory Coast which has refused to come to an end. I have made up my mind that as long as i live i will use all i have for the support of Mankind and phylanthrophical mission.

During this crisis i have been able to gather some fund to the tune of U.S.$150,000,000.00 (One hundred and fifty million U.S. dollars) and has deposited it in Spain. My rebelious activity to combat corruption has however tagged me "Bad" in the site of all leaders.I therefore cannot show up to claim the funds as the present goverment are still investigating my case.

Since it has not come to their awareness that i have such fund in possession, i implore you to liase with my Attorney in Spain where the fund has been deposited so that you can claim the funds on my behalf and establish an orphanage home/child care organisation for me. I shall compensate you with 5% of the fund and at the same time want you to participate in this project. I really want to surprise the World that i am not fighting for myself, but for the less previledged.

Please be informed that you will have to claim this funds in bits and not at once, you can make it $25,000,000.00 quartely (Every four months) to avoid suspicion.

As soon as i hear from you through mail, i will give you my Lawyer's phone contact so that you can commence with the claim process.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you,

SEYDOU DIARRA (PRIME MINISTER OF THE IVORIEN REBEL FORCES)
