Location of charset list archives

http://www.iana.org/assignments/charset-info

The above page gives information on how to subscribe etc. to the ietf
charsets list.

However, the archives URL given there should be changed -- it says now:

      The location of the list archives :
ftp://ftp.innosoft.com/ietf-charsets

The ftp link did not work for me, so I did a web search on charsets and
found the url for it.

      The location of the list archives :
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/ietf-charsets/

Will whoever is maintaining the above page at the iana site please update
the above line on the page.
