HI Fred

Now I have declared all new, own tags in "new-inline-tags" and
"new-block-level". I get the error message like: <component> is not approved
by W3C

Which tidy-version are you using? If you could transform my .xml without
errors, I would like to know more about your config-file and tidy-version
