tidy vs. mozilla

Hello,

Is it possible to configure Tidy to produce the same tree structure than 
the Mozilla internal HTML representation ? Mozilla says to produce HTML 
4.01 but actually considers the loaded documents as trees (navigated 
with DOM). For example, Mozilla adds a <tbody> element between <table> 
and <tr>, discards unknown elements,...
