Up-to-date wrapper for Delphi?

Hi,

It seems like the two wrappers on the home page are for older versions of 
HTML Tidy. If so, does someone know of a wrapper for the latest and 
greatest? Even better, is there a way to compile the C code into an .OBJ 
file, and link it statically into a Delphi EXE so I don't have to 
distribute a DLL?
