Is there a start button anywhere ?

I'm using the latest build on Mac OS X but I just don't know how to use 
it. I'm kind of newbie in shell command. Is there a start button 
anywhere ? ;-)
And after I get tidy to work does I need to place the file to be parse 
in the same folder of /bin/tidy ??
