Tidy vs. Frameset

Personally, I consider this a low priority, but here goes....
Whenever I have <frameset>, <frame>, or <noframes> in my XHTML document,
Tidy correctly identifies the XHTML as using the frameset.dtd in the output
log; however, upon writing back to the document, Tidy declares the
transitional.dtd rather than the frameset.
