Newbie: tidy doesn't works in NT

I have downloaded tidy.exe (Windows 95/98/NT/2000 executable) from

http://www.w3.org/People/Raggett/tidy/#help

I've put it in a directory with a .html and a .bat with the source

tidy -f H:\STword\tidy\errs.txt -m H:\STword\tidy\test.htm

When I active the batch I have the Win message "tidy.exe isn't a Windows NT application"

The same thing if I try to do it from the prompt.

Can I use tidy in NT?
