It is a trival thing but I am expectiong to have my log information at the
bottom of the file so i might truncate at the closing </html> when I
make the page availible on the web.
By moving it into the body it produces differences that I would not otherwise
see when doing diff.
If I can have comments before man <html> then I should also have them
after.
