the pprint method of jtidy doesnt not change &amp; refs inside of <A HREF="">
tags back into & so a hrefs tags end up broken.

So the following url:
http://baseball.lycos.com/Sports/pbb/pbb_story.jsp?BV_SessionID=1&BV_EngineID=02

ends up being
http://baseball.lycos.com/Sports/pbb/pbb_story.jsp?BV_SessionID=1&amp;BV_EngineID=02
