Tidy 22oct99 crashes on badly formed parameters

Hi,

The Win32 of HTML Tidy (22nd October 1999) crashes when using badly formed
command line options like:

tidy.exe --
tidy.exe --break-before-br
tidy.exe --h

And it does not warn when illegal syntax is used, like:

tidy.exe --wrap-script-literals cool

I think there should be something done with command line option parsing.
