Yhis is true but, thanks to the addition of the config file, it is 
now potentially possible to give Tidy users the option of inserting 
an ALT tag in IMG elements.  I'd certainly value it, and you could 
make it specify what default ALT value to use rather than just giving 
a Yes/No option.
