Bug: Unclosed nested List Tags causes infinite loop

Hi,

Given is the code: <UL><OL></UL>

Tidy's output:

line 2 column 1 - Warning: <ol> isn't allowed in <ul> elements

I could not figure out, where exactly the bug is (ParseList is a candidate),
but i think this problem is related to the bug reported by Kenichi Numata when
parsing his "<FONT size=+2>Title<OL></FONT>Text</OL>".

Same with: <OL><UL></OL>.
